CINDY L. ROUILLE BURLINGTON - Cindy L. Rouille, 49, a lifelong resident of Burlington, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014. Cindy was born in Burlington on Dec. 3, 1964, the daughter of John J. and Carol Lee (O'Neal) Rouille. Cindy is survived by her parents, John and Carol Rouille; three siblings, Lorie Rouille, John F. K. Rouille and his wife, Mary, and Valarie Patten and her husband, Michael; maternal grandmother, Dorothy O'Neal; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her uncle, Timothy O'Neal. Family and friends are invited to gather today, Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, from 7 to 8 p.m., with prayer services beginning at 8 p.m., at the LaVigne Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 132 Main St. in Winooski.
