Clayton Lafond, 72, of Milton, Vermont passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025.

He was born on December 9, 1952 to Lucien Lafond and June Mossey in Colchester, Vermont.

Clayton loved hot chocolate and had it every day. He loved his dog very much and was his best friend. He loved to make meat pies every Christmas. He had a love for NASCAR and watched it regularly.

He was predeceased by his wife Kim Lafond. Clayton is survived by his two children, Rebecca Lafond of Milton and Shawn Lafond of Milton; his two brothers, Raymond Lafond and his wife Lori, and Bruce Lafond and his wife Linda.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9, at 1:00pm at Lakeview Cemetery, North Avenue in Burlington.
