Frederick P. Rossi, age 72 of Washington Vermont, passed away on December 12, 2024 at UVM Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Barre, Vermont on April 18, 1952 to Ugo and Celia (Burrell) Rossi, Fred grew up in Barre and graduated from Spaulding High School.

Fred loved camping, fishing and kayaking, as well as outback fires, target shooting, and tending to his always-perfect garden. He especially loved doing these things with his wife JoAnn.

Fred is predeceased by his parents, his grandson Aiden Shannon and his brother in law Douglas LeFebvre.

Fred leaves behind his wife JoAnn (LeFebvre) Rossi, his daughters Sarah (Kevin) Smith of Arlington, Vermont, and Lynn Rossi of North Carolina. He is also survived by his stepchildren Dawn Donahue of Williamstown, Vermont, Sean (Sandy) Donahue of Warren, New Hampshire, and Tyrone Donahue of Waterbury, Vermont, his sisters Susan Rossi of Barre, Vermont, Patty (Rick) Dzaidul of Bennington, Vermont, as well as his "gaggle of brother in laws" and their wives- Michael (Jackie) LeFebvre of Brookfield, Vermont, Ralph (Orlene) LeFebvre of Randolph Vermont, Mark (Rose) LeFebvre of Randolph Vermont, Jeffery (Diana) LeFebvre of Kaneohe, Hawaii, and Brian LeFebvre of Brooksville, Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren RJ (Molly), Tucker, Drew, Kainen, Isaac, Adeline, Kaelyn, Rhys, Jake, and Celia and many nieces and nephews.
