James Michael Noel, 29, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Northfield, Vermont. James was born on October 29, 1994, in Burlington, Vermont. James was the son of Clement Noel Jr. and Amy Sayah. He graduated from Milton High School in 2013 and attended Vermont Technical College in Randolph.

James worked at several local restaurants in Waterbury and for MTB Builders. James also worked alongside his father at Noel & Sons Builders. Some of his favorite interests were exploring the outdoors with his cats, hiking, camping, and cliff jumping. James was also an avid reader and gamer.

He is survived by his family: Clement (Charlie) Noel Jr. (father) and Tina Barup (stepmother) of Waterbury, VT, Amy Sayah (mother) of Milton, VT, Alexis Noel (sister) and fiancé Ryan Ogiela of Danbury CT, Will Sayah (grandfather) of Waterbury, VT, Clement Noel Sr. (grandfather) and Ruthie Noel of Underhill, VT, Brett Barup (stepbrother) of Waterbury, VT, Brooke Barup (stepsister), fiancé Jon Woodworth, and Josphine (Josie) Woodworth (niece) of Waterbury, VT, as well as extended family and "the Billies".

A Celebration of James's life will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Farr's Field (1901 US 2 Waterbury, 05676). Light food will be available, but please bring your favorite beverage. Online condolences can be made at www.perkinsparker.com.
