Joan Elizabeth Demag

Joan Elizabeth Demag, 77, of Enosburg Falls, VT, passed away on December 19th, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Joan was born in Burlington, Vermont to Helen Hubbard and Walter Pecor on March 8, 1947. She graduated from Milton High School. Joan worked as a housekeeper for IBM for many years. Throughout her life, she also worked various jobs including Vermont Furniture Store and Waterbury State Hospital. She was involved in the Ladies Auxiliary at the Legion.

Joan was predeceased in death by her husband Albert Demag; her father and mother, Walter Pecor and Helen (Hubbard) Pecor; her sister Nancy Pecor; her brother Keith Pecor; her son Stanley Marsha; and her grandson Jordan Marsha.

She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Marsha and partner Brian Patro; her grandson Eric Marsha and his girlfriend Mikala Aube; her great grandson Stryker Marsha; her son Michael Marsha and his family; her sisters Donna Farley and her husband Steve, Gloria Metievier, and Diane Combs and husband Danny; and several nieces and nephews.

The family of Joan wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to UNA and Hospice of Franklin County. Arrangements are in the care of Corbin and Palmer Funeral Home and a burial will take place at Mountain View Cemetery in the Spring of 2025.
