Obituary

Kenneth Ronald George, 63, of Stratham, NH, died on July 4, 2026, in Warren, VT, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, warmth, and quiet strength. A funeral service will be held at Stratham Community Church on Wednesday, July 15th at 10 a.m., followed by a celebration of his life at Portsmouth Country Club at 12 p.m.

Born in New London, CT, on May 19, 1963, Ken moved to Amherst, NH, when he was four years old alongside his parents, Constance and Ronald George, and his sister Kathleen George O'Neil. A year later, his younger sister Kristen George Walsh was born.

He attended the University of New Hampshire, where he earned his degree and laid the foundation for a successful career built on his competency and integrity. In 1990, he married Judy Fischer, and together they built a beautiful family. Ken's strong moral character lives on in his three children, Chris, Ally, and Will.

Ken's goodness extended far beyond his immediate circle; he possessed an innate drive to look out for those he didn't even know. He believed in doing the right thing simply because it was right. Whether he was volunteering his time for Seacoast Family Promise, mending the playground at Stratham Community Church, traveling abroad on mission work, or quietly doing pro bono tax work for local non-profits, Ken used his talents to lift others up.

Ken and Judy had an incredible life together. Their days were filled with skiing, pickleball, traveling with cherished friends, and hosting loved ones at their home in Vermont. Above all, Ken treasured his newest and favorite role: being a grandfather.

Ken's absence leaves a profound void, but his unwavering decency and kindness will continue to guide everyone who was lucky enough to have known him.

Ken is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; his son, Chris, and his wife, Allie; his daughter, Ally, and her husband, Wesley; and his son, Will. He also leaves behind his granddaughter, Sylvie; a soon-to-be-born grandson; his parents, Constance and Ronald George; his sister, Kathleen George, and her husband, Dennis O'Neil; and his sister, Kristen George Walsh, and her late husband, Ed Walsh; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and a large, loving circle of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Seacoast Family Promise.
