Lee Sevene, 60, of Winooski died in the comfort of his home during the early morning hours of Thursday, May 1, 2025.

Lee was born on August 19, 1964 in Burlington, the son of Theodore and Joyce (Moren) Sevene. He attended several local schools, graduating from Westbrook High School in Maine.

Lee lived in Winooski and worked as a kitchen manager at the Windjammer Restaurant in South Burlington for over 25 years. Lee enjoyed being with family, playing guitar, singing, writing music, woodworking, and hosting his family's annual Christmas gathering. He also loved quality time with his two daughters, whether it was showing them his latest craft project, spending time outdoors, or going to local thrift shops for the next cool find.

Lee is loved by his two daughters, Jade of Saint Albans, and Jaimie of Scarborough, Maine, siblings Lisa of Berwick, Maine, Lawrence of Rumney, New Hampshire, and many other family and friends. He was predeceased by his longtime partner, Victoria Boynton, and mother, Joyce Sevene.

A celebration of life will be held in the coming weeks at the Upper Deck Pub of the Windjammer Restaurant on 1076 Williston Road, South Burlington 05403. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at https://gofund.me/8273a845.
