Linda Lee McKinstry (Thayer), 69, of Moretown, VT, passed away on December 3, 2024, at Central Vermont Medical Center.

Linda was born on December 13, 1954, to Herbert E. Thayer Sr. and Dorothy M. (Raymond) Thayer. She was married to Ray McKinstry Sr., who predeceased her in April 2018.

She is survived by her four children: Lorettalynn Callahan of Duxbury, Edward Callahan of Williamstown, Ray McKinstry Jr. of Barre, and Bambi McKinstry of Northfield. Linda is also survived by her grandchildren: Matthew, Michaela, Kylie, Elliana, Jordynne, and Brianna.

In addition, Linda is survived by her long-time best friend, Jo-Anne Herring of Montpelier, VT.

Linda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and indulging in online shopping.

In keeping with Linda's wishes, there will be no services. Her cremation is being handled by Kingston Funeral Home in Northfield.
