Mallory G.
Langlois
Jan 10, 1990 — Aug 18, 2026
Mallory G. Langlois, age 36, of Colchester, Vermont, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, surrounded by the warmth of the family she loved so dearly. For four years, Mallory faced brain cancer with an inspiring grace, unparalleled strength, and a bright spirit that never wavered.
Born on January 10, 1990, Mallory grew up on North Avenue in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School with the Class of 2008. She brought her dedicated work ethic and vibrant personality to Dirt Tech, where she was employed for many years. To Mallory, Dirt Tech was far more than just a workplace—the team there embraced her as part of their own family. Her loved ones will remain forever grateful for the extraordinary love, kindness, and unwavering support they poured into Mallory's life throughout her journey.
The family would also like to extend their deepest gratitude to Mallory's surgeon, Dr. Katrina Ducis, her oncologist, Dr. Alyssa Thomas, and the entire dedicated team at the UVM Medical Center. Their exceptional care and expertise gave Mallory precious extra time to create beautiful memories with her family.
Special thanks are also given to the entire Myers family—Ryan and Sarah, Denise, and Jeff and Deb—for their enduring love, comfort, and steadfast support during this time.
Above all else, Mallory's greatest joy and proudest achievement were her two children, Owen and Zoey Myers. They were her whole world, the center of her universe, and she loved them with a fierce, boundless devotion that will continue to surround them always.
Mallory's memory will be cherished forever by her mother, Joy Langlois of Essex Junction; her father and stepmother, Lee and Bonnie Langlois of Colchester; and her beloved siblings, Travis Young, Adam Trahan and his partner Chelsea Roberts, Daniel Griffin and his wife Michelle, Jessica Wolf and her husband Randy, and Jamie Steadman and her husband Jeff.
She also leaves behind her adored nieces and nephews: Jemma, Jaiden, Olivia, Liam, Kameron, Blake, Caleb, Sydney, Madison, Rachel, Mason, Jennifer, Lily, James, and Jadyn; her aunts and uncles, David Langlois, Steve Langlois, Diane Langlois, Gail and Jay Newcomb, Pam Maynard and Bonnie and Wes Oosterman; her dear cousins, Sonja, Greg, Jennifer, Alexis, Heather, Morgan, Brian, Alexa, Matt; as well as many close friends whom she held close to her heart and considered true family.
Mallory was reunited in eternity with her paternal grandparents, Gilbert Langlois, Marie "Babe" Spaulding, and Wayne Spaulding, as well as her maternal grandmother, Irene Benjamin. She was also predeceased by her aunt Cindy Harlow and cousin John Harlow. Her bright laughter and generous heart leave a lasting mark on all who were lucky enough to know her.
Family and friends are invited to attend viewing hours on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St., Winooski.
