Born on January 24, 1985, in Burlington, he grew up in Winooski, Vermont, where he left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him.
Mitch was the cherished son of Clem and Sharon Bissonnette. He shared profound bonds with his extended family, including paternal Aunt Sue Bissonnette Gosselin and Uncle Ron, his maternal Aunt Rebecca Hodge Bacon and Uncle Dennis, as well as numerous cousins and their children. Mitch's legacy extends to the younger generation, whom he adored and who affectionately referred to him as "Uncle Mitch."
