Sandra J. Angolano, 80, of Essex Center, VT, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, at the UVM Medical Center. She was born in Burlington, VT, on November 09, 1945. She graduated from Burlington High School and obtained a nursing degree. She traveled through much of Europe and later opened and ran her own business, "The Renters Agency" for 12 yrs. She also started a musical band with the Red Hat Association.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Angolano, her son Jeffery Angolano, her parents Edward and Elizabeth Paya, as well as five brothers and a sister.

She is survived by her daughter, Valerie Angolano, her sister Penny Russell (husband Mark), her granddaughters Kirstin Richardson, Stephanie Richardson-Bedell (husband Robert), Jamie Angolano, and a great-grandson, Landyn Gardener.

The family of Sandra J Angolano wishes to extend our sincere thanks to her nurse, Maryia Kelley. In accordance with Sandra's wishes, there will be no visiting hours. A graveside ceremony will be held at the East Cemetery in Williston, VT, on June 6th at 11 AM.
