Thomas E. Boisvert, 83 of Waterbury, VT passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, at McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester, VT. He was born in Montpelier, on July 26, 1942 to Clovis J. and Viola M. Boisvert of Montpelier, VT. He grew up in Montpelier and attended St. Michael's elementary school and graduated from St. Michael's High School in 1960. He married the love of his life, Betty A. Boisvert on June 23, 1962, at St. Andrews church in Waterbury.

He worked in the Boisvert family barber shop in Montpelier with his dad and three brothers, then went on to operate his own barber shop in Waterbury. Eventually, he sold his barber shop and founded Boisvert Sign Co., Inc., which he ran until he retired.

His family meant everything to him. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Betty of 64 years, his daughter Michelle & her husband Flint Willey, and his granddaughter Abigail. A private family graveside service will take place during the summer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice in Barre or to McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.
